Why QuickBooks?

For most businesses, an accounting system is highly recommended (versus using a spreadsheet).  This is because of the ability to reconcile your accounts and create the reports you need for budgeting, tax return preparation, etc. QuickBooks has a couple of distinct advantages because of its size: 1) most accountants prefer QuickBooks and 2) QuickBooks Online and the syncing capabilities are under constant development and improving all the time. There are other good bookkeeping systems that start out free; but very often you need to pay money for some basic capabilities.

Which QuickBooks?

QuickBooks Online vs. QuickBooks Desktop is an important decision and depends on several factors including the scope of your buisness, staffing, operations, etc. If you use QuickBooks Desktop, you'll also need to choose a version.  This is something we can discuss during a free introductory consultation
